BAWACA’s history begins on 2007, when travelling around Europe we discovered the job of the candy-maker.

We were hypnotized watching a candy-maker using his own hands to give the candy infinite shapes, flavors and colors.

We soon put our hands to work and moved to another city in a far-away country and over there we learned the job, the secrets and the skills to be a good candy-maker.

We opened our own store by the year 2010, right in Barcelona’s center, 150 meters away from Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona’s heart. We soon discovered the future is on the online world. We worked hard to make our own website and learned to treat our customers as we were face to face at our store.

Our new strategy was performing well and that made us to take the decision to focus on the online channel.

We are a young and entrepreneur team, hardworkers, willing to provide sweet handmade quality products to the market. For sure we have the special candy for you, we can even customize it.
